We offer local collection for Gold Coast customers. Details and pickup times are provided at checkout.

5. How should I store my chocolates?

Keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong scents.
Ideal temperature: 15–18°C. Avoid refrigeration if possible, as moisture can affect the texture.

We exclusively use Callebaut® Belgian chocolate, renowned for its smooth flavour and ethical sourcing through the Cocoa Horizons program.

8. What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we’re unable to accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Yes — every order can include a personalised message at checkout, and our chocolates are always beautifully packaged for gifting.
