8. What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we’re unable to accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Yes — every order can include a personalised message at checkout, and our chocolates are always beautifully packaged for gifting.
